As one of two Measurement Managers, you will lead our team of measurement technicians. You will plan assignments and ensure that each project maintains high quality. You will also work on projects yourself and share your experience in daily operations. The role suits you who want to combine leadership, technology, and development in a growing business.

• Lead and develop the team of measurement technicians and allocate assignments.
• Drive your own measurement assignments in the form of measurements, set-outs, and create as-built documents.
• Ensure documentation, deliveries, and follow-up with clients.
• Plan projects together with clients and internal teams.
• Develop working methods, technology, and routines in measurement projects.

As a leader, you are confident and present. You enjoy working both independently and in a team. Experience in construction and civil engineering measurement is a prerequisite for this role. Accuracy and a sense of service come naturally to you, as does the ability to motivate and support colleagues.

• Has experience as a Measurement Manager or leading measurement technician in construction and civil engineering.
• Is accustomed to working qualitatively with both small and large construction companies as well as private clients.
• Has experience in quantity surveying and creating as-built documents.
• Has experience in quantity calculation and quantity regulation according to AMA and MER.
• Is familiar with SBG-Geo, GeoPad, and Leica instruments.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has good leadership skills.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a B driver's license and knowledge of Office (Word/Excel).

Meritorious:

• Education as a measurement engineer.
• Experience in 3D scanning.
• Experience in drone flying.
