About the Position

As a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for your projects – from early investigations to completed documentation. You will lead the assignments, manage finances, quality, and timelines, and maintain close dialogue with both clients and colleagues. The work spans everything from technical analyses and reports to collaboration in larger design groups and supporting more junior staff. You will work in a mix of local projects and remote collaborations with our team in Umeå, becoming an important part of our continued growth journey.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with an engineering background in energy or HVAC – or experience from contracting, project management, or similar roles. You have at least a couple of years of experience in project management and are comfortable in dialogues with both clients and project teams. You are proficient in Magi-CAD and Office, have experience in system development and early stages, and thrive with responsibility. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and unpretentious. You enjoy taking initiative, sharing knowledge, and creating a good atmosphere in projects. A driver's license (B) is required for the role.
