We are one of Nässjö Municipality's preschools with 7 different departments. Åkers Preschool was completed in the autumn of 2014. Åkers Preschool consists of one 6-year-old department, 3 departments for 3-4 year-olds, and 3 departments for 1-2 year-olds. Åkers Preschool has a large outdoor environment that inspires play and exploration. Nature is close at hand. We have the department 'Stock and Stone' that conducts its 6-year-old activities in their large pedagogical outdoor environment, and the 6-year-old activities also have an indoor department. We have our own atelier teacher responsible for the atelier inside Åkers Preschool, where all activities are invited. Here we offer creative and aesthetic learning processes. We use a digital platform for communication with parents and other means that contribute to good cooperation with homes.

Do you want to be part of our positive and wonderful team at Åkers Preschool? We are now looking for extra support in the children's group, and the position is temporary.

You will work together in your team and in smaller groups with teaching and education in preschool based on Lpfö-18.

We have the privilege of working with children from several parts of the world.

We strive to work with our systematic quality work, documentation, planning, and meetings during the day. Teaching with the children is conducted in smaller groups for most of the day.

Teaching in preschool takes place both outdoors and indoors.

QUALIFICATIONS

For us, experience is important, but it is even more important that you are the right person. What matters is not what you have done, but what you will do with and together with us.

We are looking for someone with a license and qualifications in preschool. As a person, you are curious and willing to change what needs to be changed. It is a strength that you have good communication skills, and personal maturity is a prerequisite for you to feel secure in your professional role. You have an open, positive, and curious approach that creates good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are well acquainted with the preschool curriculum and governing documents.

Since we work with language development and pedagogical documentation, you need to have good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form.
