Skogstorp's care and nursing home is a completely new facility that will be completed in the spring of 2026. The facility consists of three floors where 48 apartments on the upper floors are focused on care and nursing, and 14 apartments on the ground floor are for respite care and associated day activities.

We are now looking for 14 nursing assistants and 1-2 specialist nursing assistants for the dementia-focused unit in the facility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, your main tasks will be to provide person-centered care and support to our clients in their daily life situations according to assistance decisions. You will work in a role where you have delegation, work with documentation, and establish implementation plans.

You will be a key person in a newly formed team where we care for both each other and our clients. With an unpretentiousness and relaxed flexibility, we support each other with our expertise to create the best, and together we create a pleasant environment where we also help to clean our beautiful common areas.

With a person-centered approach and the client in focus, we ensure that the client's abilities and resources are utilized in the best way. The execution of our interventions is planned together with the client, where we always try to take wishes into account. Together as a team, we are eager to be attentive and respect the personal integrity of those we meet in our daily lives.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for someone who is empathetic, has an easy time making new contacts, and can adapt to different clients' needs. Someone who works from a rehabilitative perspective and feels secure in the role of nursing assistant. You are attentive and respect personal integrity and have a positive outlook with the ability to see the whole picture. You are curious and want to help develop the operations, and with good collaboration skills and a strong service mindset, you create good relationships with colleagues, clients, and relatives.

Fundamentally, you are a trained nursing assistant and have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. You are comfortable using IT as a support in your work. Previous experience in elderly care and dementia is considered a significant plus.

Information about protected title:

The administration is divided into a staff unit and five operational areas: elderly care, disability, health and medical care, assistance, and staffing.
