The job is a part-time position where the schedule and number of hours are agreed upon with the parents to suit both parties. No previous experience is required, but an interest in sports and a cheerful attitude are a must! If you are studying, this could be the perfect part-time job! 

You who are applying should be between 18 and 25 years old, speak and write fluent Swedish, be interested in sports, enjoy being active, and have a driver's license!

Filip has had a diagnosis since birth that means he needs help with most things in life. The focus of the job is primarily to enrich Filip's leisure time by finding fun activities that you can do together. It is not direct care that Filip needs from his assistants, as his parents handle that, but rather companionship and enabling Filip to engage in his leisure activities. Sports and games are his main interests, so there is a strong focus on movement and encouragement for sports and activity in everyday life. Despite life's challenges, Filip has a great sense of humor that he loves to share, so it's a big plus if you also have a good sense of humor.  

There will be some lifting, but aids are available at home. Introductory training can start immediately.  We conduct ongoing interviews, so the position may be filled before the application period ends.
