Guldklimpars Preschools are located in some of Stockholm's most attractive areas – Kungsholmen, Bromma, Kista, Liljeholmen, and Nacka. We are now looking for substitute teachers who want to work in our organization and contribute to safe, developing, and inspiring days for the children in our preschools.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and engaged, and who enjoys working in a varied and dynamic everyday life. You are comfortable with children, have a professional approach, and contribute energy and presence.

We would like you to:

• have training as a childcare worker or ongoing/completed education in pedagogy (meritorious)
• have experience working in preschools or with children (meritorious)
• be solution-focused, positive, and easy to collaborate with
• approach children with a co-researching and curious attitude
• be able to adapt to different groups of children, routines, and working methods
• understand the importance of a good reception towards guardians
