At Uppländska Berg, you will be involved in blasting, drilling, splitting & sawing or otherwise loosening and reinforcing rock with a focus on the environment, quality, efficiency & safety in complex projects and environments for our customers in the construction sector, infrastructure & quarries. 🪨

We are looking for someone with experience in drilling in quarries and contracting work, and who finds these types of jobs interesting. The work requires precision, planning, and collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders at our job sites. You have a strong safety mindset, are used to working according to schedules, and working under a delegating leadership where you take significant personal responsibility. This includes being self-driven and solution-oriented.

Requirements for the role:  

🪨 B driver's license.  

🪨 Experience in drilling in quarries and contracting work.

Preferred:

🪨 Preferred with Drilling Card.

As a rock worker focusing on drilling, you will drill with a cabin or radio rig at our quarries and contracting jobs in southern Sweden, primarily in the Småland area. You should be flexible to stay away for work during the weeks. Other types of rock work and other areas in Sweden may occur as we at Uppländska Berg collaborate for the overall project.

The position is full-time, with work throughout southern Sweden. We provide a company car, and the employment begins with a 6-month probationary period with the intention of continuing with a permanent position.
