Do you want to work in a varied role where technology, customer contact, and problem-solving meet in everyday life? We at Swerock are now looking for an engaged process technician for our concrete plants in Kalmar, Sandshult, and Engaholm.

Here, you will have a central role in the operations, ensuring that the right concrete is delivered with high quality to our customers throughout Småland.

About the Role

From our facilities, we produce and deliver concrete for both small and large projects in the region. The role of process technician is broad and varied, focusing on production, quality, and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Process control and concrete production
• Planning and coordination of deliveries and concrete trucks
• Daily contact with customers, drivers, and suppliers
• Sampling and quality assurance at customer sites
• Ongoing maintenance and minor repairs at the facilities
• Continuous improvement and development work within the operations

You will be based in Kalmar but will also support our facilities in Engaholm near Växjö and Sandshult near Oskarshamn.

The position is full-time with regular working hours Monday to Friday, 06:30–15:30.

Who Are We Looking For?

We believe you have a high school education, preferably with a technical focus. Experience from the process industry, production, or similar operations is a plus.

We appreciate that you are computer literate, and a Class B driver's license is required.

Experience in the concrete industry as well as concrete training Class I or II is a plus, but most importantly, we value the right attitude, willingness to learn, and strong engagement.
