We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to take full responsibility for our scaffolding projects in the Oskarshamn and Kalmar area.

XERVON is growing, and we are now seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Oskarshamn-Kalmar. With many new assignments for construction and industrial customers, we are taking the next step in the region.

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and delivering scaffolding projects in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner, in accordance with contracts and with high customer satisfaction as the goal. The role involves responsibility for personnel, economics, and results in assigned projects, in close collaboration with the Regional Manager and other functions.

You lead and develop employees, ensure correct staffing and resource allocation, monitor finances, and work actively with customers and business development.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for you who are a positive, confident, and structured leader with experience in project management within the scaffolding industry. You have a good ability to create engagement, work in a goal-oriented manner, and build long-term relationships. We would appreciate it if you have experience from construction and contracting activities and thrive working both operationally and strategically.

You have very good communicative skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

A valid B-class driver's license is required.
