Are you a versatile general worker or fitter?

We are now looking for a driven individual for one of our clients in Kalmar.

Your responsibilities

Your workday will consist of installing guardrails and various types of fencing, along with related tasks. You will keep a daily log and handle simpler administration related to the various projects. The work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.

You will be part of a team, so it is important that you are engaged, eager to perform, and able to collaborate well with colleagues.

Your background and personal qualities

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in learning new things, a passion for working with various tools, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. You should have previous experience in installation, mechanics, or construction metalwork.

You should have experience reading technical drawings and be familiar with working with tools. It is also important that you have experience keeping daily logs and registering project information.

We are looking for someone who is humble, loyal, and responsible. You are flexible, ready to jump in where needed, and solution-oriented. Delivering high performance and doing a good job is second nature to you. Furthermore, you are a cheerful and positive person who contributes to the team's good atmosphere, work environment, and professional results.

Requirements:

• Class B driver's license and access to your own car
• Experience within the industry

Meritorious qualifications:

• APV 1.1–1.3 (Aerial Platform Vehicle)
• Class BE driver's license
• Training certificate for excavator operation

Information and contact

This is a temporary-to-permanent position (contract recruitment). You will be employed by Wikan Personal for an initial period, with the goal of transitioning to a direct employment contract with the client.

The position is full-time, and working hours may vary.
