GHAB is looking for a Construction Project Manager

GHAB Architects and Engineers AB offers consultancy services within the areas of architecture, construction design, building structures, and construction administration.

GHAB works with all types of construction projects, ranging from complex projects within the nuclear power industry to healthcare facilities, schools, and housing. Today, we are a team of 10 employees based out of our offices in Oskarshamn and Kalmar.

We operate in a larger geographical area with a focus on Kalmar County. We are primarily looking for a person for our office in Oskarshamn, but there is an opportunity to allocate part of the working hours to our office in Kalmar. We also welcome applicants from the northern part of the county.

We are looking for you

With experience and knowledge within construction project management. Since we work broadly across different parts of the construction consultancy industry, we consider it an advantage if you also have experience in PBL control responsibility, contract inspection, cost estimation, or construction design. A background as a contractor is also considered an advantage. As a person, you are engaged in your work, meticulous, and have a natural ability to collaborate.

Your role

As a Construction Project Manager at GHAB, you will work with many different types of projects, both in terms of size and character. We work through all phases of the project and always strive to achieve the best results in our assignments, which requires great commitment.

Therefore, it is of great importance that you have a natural ability to collaborate and view customer relations as a natural part of the job.
