About the role

As an operator, you will work on water purification and erosion protection in projects across Sweden. You play a key role in the execution, handling everything from sediment extraction in ponds and lakes to the installation of solutions that control water flow and protect structures in and around water.

The work takes place both on-site at customer locations and at our production facility in Kalmar. Projects are often carried out in small teams, giving you significant responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to how the work is planned and executed.

The position involves travel with overnight stays, and the work can be physically demanding at times. The base location is Kalmar, but your placement can be flexible.

The work is project-based, meaning there are periods of intense on-site work followed by opportunities for time off when projects allow.

Your responsibilities

• Produce concrete mattresses and silt curtains in our production facility
• Install flow control structures, screening basins, silt curtains, and concrete mattresses
• Extract sediment by operating pontoons in ponds and lakes, and oversee dewatering
• Maintain and repair equipment such as pontoons and concrete pumps
• Project reporting
• Contribute to the development of methods and routines

Requirements and qualifications

• Category B driver's license (BE or higher is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and basic English
• Experience in contracting, machine operation, or work in aquatic environments is an advantage
• Excavator operator certificate is an advantage
