Do you want to work as a psychologist in child and adolescent psychiatry in an organization where quality, professionalism, and joy at work are at the center? Then Psykiatripartners may be the right place for you.
We are currently in an exciting development phase and are looking for a psychologist for our child and adolescent psychiatric clinics in Växjö and Ljungby. Here you will have the opportunity to work in newly renovated, pleasant premises with good commuting options and parking directly adjacent to the office, which provides good conditions for a sustainable workday.
Psykiatripartners provides outpatient-based child and adolescent psychiatric specialist care and intermediate care at several locations in Sweden. In Kronoberg, we operate two child and adolescent psychiatric clinics under the Vårdval BUP agreement on behalf of Region Kronoberg. Since autumn 2021, we have been part of Kry.
About the positionAs a psychologist with us, you will work independently and competently with assessment, investigation, and treatment of children and youth aged 0–17 years. The work also includes collaboration with schools, social services, and other important actors around the child and family. There is an opportunity to combine clinical work with digital remote work.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychologists, doctors, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries. The care is provided according to an agreement with Region Kronoberg, which means that the same conditions apply as in public care – with the advantage of shorter decision-making paths and greater flexibility.
About usOur organization is characterized by participation, commitment, and the unit's self-governance. We believe in giving our employees trust and influence, while you also have access to support, structure, and development opportunities from a larger organization. There is a good collegial network between our clinics and great opportunities for knowledge exchange.
We are responsive to individual competencies and interests and encourage the development of new working methods that meet patients' needs. We have a clear focus on quality, professional development, and a sustainable work environment.
The position is daytime and primarily a full-time position.
QualificationsWe are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist, preferably with experience in clinical work. Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, or neuropsychiatry is an advantage.
As a person, you are secure, empathetic, and structured. You have a pedagogical approach, a holistic perspective on the patient's needs, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You contribute to a good collaborative climate and value quality in clinical work.
If you are looking for a workplace that offers flexibility, variety, professional development, and a pleasant physical work environment, this is the position for you.
