Serving Staff for Krusmyntagården – Season 2026

Just a stone's throw from the sea, about 10 km north of Visby, lies Krusmyntagården – one of Gotland's most cherished destinations for over 50 years. Here, you will find a wonderful combination of herb garden, shop, restaurant, grill kitchen, café, and large summer concerts featuring some of Sweden's top artists.

For the 2026 season, we are looking for cheerful, driven, and service-oriented individuals who want to help create fantastic experiences for our guests – both in daily operations and during our concerts.

About the Role

As serving staff with us, you will become an important part of the whole. The tasks may vary depending on the location and time of day:

Daytime:

• Serving lunches and drinks
• Guest interactions in a nature-friendly environment
• Cash handling and simple preparations
• Café
• Dish collection and preparations

Evening (grill kitchen & dinner service):

• Serving buffet and drinks
• Focus on warm and welcoming hospitality
• Collaboration with the grill kitchen and kitchen team

Concerts:

• Serving at a fast pace
• Bar sales and guest service in a wonderful festival atmosphere
• An energetic and fun working shift where teamwork is key

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves to provide service and create wonderful encounters
• Thrives in a team and helps out where needed
• Is flexible and positive even when things get busy
• Enjoys a varied workday with both calm and intense moments
• Has previous experience in serving or bar (meritorious but not required)

For us, the right personality and attitude are the most important!

Working Hours and Season

• Varied working hours: day/evening/weekend depending on the role
• Opportunity to work the whole or parts of the season (April–October 2026)
• Driver's license and car are an advantage as public transport is limited
