JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of a nurse in municipal primary care, you are responsible for health and medical care interventions in patients' homes. Your work includes medical assessments, preventive measures, medication management, and providing support and guidance to nursing staff. You plan and follow up on care interventions based on each patient's individual needs and situation.

You collaborate closely with other professionals within and outside the municipality, such as nursing assistants, doctors, and rehabilitation staff. The position suits you who enjoy independent work while valuing collaboration and have the ability to coordinate and manage care interventions. We work from a person-centered approach and a holistic view, where each patient encounter is unique and significant.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in district nursing, psychiatry, or elderly care. You have good experience working with IT-based journal systems and express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. A B driver's license is required as the work often involves home visits to patients.

Experience in care and nursing is an advantage, but other relevant work experience is also valued.

You have the ability to remain calm even under high workload and work with a professional and positive attitude towards both patients and colleagues.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
