Description

We are expanding staffing at Gillersgården with seven dedicated nursing assistants who want to support our care recipients in their daily lives in a structured and goal-oriented manner. We work based on a rehabilitative approach where your focus is on the care recipient's skills, abilities, and individual needs.

Gillersgården is a care and nursing home where residents have individual and extensive care needs. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to providing residents with a safe and dignified life through a goal-oriented and positive approach. You see the work as an opportunity to develop working methods, are solution-focused, and can create joy and security while providing high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Perform care tasks and manage medication according to delegation.
• Plan and develop work together with other staff.
• Establish and follow implementation plans.
• Take on representative assignments/responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Care education.
• Documented experience in care work and dementia diseases.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to document in the operational systems required by the organization.
• Good collaboration skills and a flexible attitude.
• The work is based on the care recipient's needs and requires a solution-focused approach.

Conditions

We apply ongoing selection in this recruitment, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Working hours are day/evening and weekend shifts. The positions will be filled in November/December 2025.
