Foundry Worker Needed for Future Assignments

In the role of a foundry worker, you will work with several aspects of the foundry process, such as casting, cleaning, melting, grinding, and performing quality checks. The foundry work may also involve handling advanced machinery and monitoring the melting process. Together with your shift team, you will be responsible for the daily operations in the foundry. During the training period, you will work in 2-shifts, but you need to be prepared to work all shifts or permanent night shifts in the future.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a foundry worker or who has worked in heavy industry, or alternatively, you have a relevant education in the field. Since the work is team-based, good collaboration skills are crucial, as well as a strong command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. As a person, you are curious, stress-resistant, meticulous, and technically inclined. You have a strong safety mindset and a desire to continuously develop and learn more about the company's processes.

For the position, it is important that you have:

• A strong safety mindset and good collaboration skills
• Experience in process monitoring and control systems
• Previous experience as a foundry worker or in heavy industry, or relevant education.
• Forklift and overhead crane licenses are advantageous but not required.
