A manufacturing family business in its third generation since 1960. We develop, manufacture, and sell poles, masts, and railings. Everything is still done from our office and production facility in Smålandsstenar.

The entire material flow from raw materials to finished hot-dip galvanized products is manufactured under one roof. Our products should be characterized by trust, proximity, and simplicity, with the aim of strengthening our and our customers' competitiveness.

We are looking for a Calculation Engineer

Responsibilities

You will work with dimensioning and structural calculations of our products, programming, design, drawing work, article setup, tolerance requirements, product execution, assembly instructions, and project management. You will distribute the group's work and improve and develop existing and new products. You will be responsible for our product range and structures. We work in the business system Monitor, Solid Works (weldments and sheet metal), and Lantek.

Some standards that concern us and our products are:

- Poles SS EN 40-3-1, 40-3-3

- High masts Eurocode 3 part 3-1 towers and masts (SS EN 1993-3-1-1:2006), Wind load 1993-1-3:2006,

SS EN 1993-1-3:2006, SS EN 1990, SS EN 1993-1-5:2006, EN12899-1

- Execution SS EN 1090-1 EXC2, 3834-2

- And several applicable product and functional standards.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a suitable engineering degree. Experience as a calculation engineer or designer is an advantage. You are technically interested, driven, methodical, meticulous, helpful, and have the ability to see the big picture. You find it easy to collaborate and can lead work in project form. You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English. We place great importance on your personal qualities and suitability.
