Production Technician in Advanced Electronics Manufacturing

Do you want to help develop the future production processes in advanced electronics manufacturing? We are looking for an engaged production technician who wants to contribute to efficiency, digitalization, and high quality in an exciting and technologically advanced environment.

About the Role/Responsibilities

As a production technician, you will work on developing and digitalizing production processes by improving workflows and creating efficient flows. You will be responsible for creating and updating production documentation, procedures, and instructions, and you will work both practically and analytically with troubleshooting, development of tools, fixtures, and test equipment. The role involves participation in several projects simultaneously, providing technical support to production, and external contacts with customers and suppliers.

You will be part of a production technology team of 14 people responsible for electronics production for civil and military aviation.

Who You Are

You are structured, communicative, and enjoy collaboration. You have the ability to drive work independently and maintain calm even in a fast-paced environment. You have a good understanding and interest in electronics.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in electronics or equivalent experience
• Several years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge in electronics, production technology, and preparation
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

Meritorious:

• Experience in preparation within electronics production
• Electromechanics, testing, and troubleshooting
• Electronics assembly and measurement technology
• Business system IFS
• LEAN concepts

Your Employment

The position means that you will be employed by Jefferson Wells, but you will spend your working days at our client. This is a consulting assignment lasting 12 months, with the possibility of transitioning to the client.
