We at Aleo Omsorg are now looking for dedicated nursing assistants for our home care service in Oxelösund, with evening shifts on weekdays and every other weekend. As a nursing assistant with us, you will work closely with our clients in their own homes. You provide support based on individual needs and care plans, contributing to safety, independence, and quality of life, especially during evenings and weekends when your efforts are particularly important.

As a nursing assistant, you will have an independent and varied job where you make a difference every day. Your tasks may include:

• Personal care – assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and supervision.

• Practical support in daily life – help with meals, shopping, and simple household chores.

• Social support – conversation, companionship, and creating a sense of security.

• Documentation – document completed tasks according to decisions and routines.

• Medication management – administer medication according to prescriptions and delegation.

• Emergency response – handle both planned and emergency interventions and alarms within the assignment for Oxelösund municipality (07:00–22:00).

We are looking for someone who has their heart in the right place and enjoys working closely with people.

• Nursing assistant – preferably with experience in home care or similar care work.

• Stress-resistant and flexible – you remain calm and adapt to the needs of the clients.

• Independent yet collaborative – takes responsibility but appreciates teamwork.

• Empathetic and attentive – builds good relationships and meets each client with respect.

• Detail-oriented and responsible – you care about quality and safety in your work.

• Confident cyclist – accustomed to getting around by bike for work.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• B driver's license (requirement)

Working hours: 15:30–22:30.Employment: Monday to Sunday as agreed.Employment rate: 85%.Workplace: you will start from our office in Oxelösund. We prefer that you live nearby to facilitate travel to and from work.
