Working as an Operating Room Nurse with Us:

As an operating room nurse at Operationskonsulterna, you will have the opportunity to work in an operating department in Eskilstuna. You need to be confident in your professional role and have experience with the usual tasks for an operating room nurse. Previous experience with Orbit and Cosmic is desirable.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri daytime (No work on public holidays, some evening shifts and irregular working hours may occur.)

Period: 04-14

About You:

The work as a specialist nurse in surgery is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe that this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We prefer that you have experience from several different operating departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us working at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience and we set high competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you as an Operations Consultant often belong to those in the workplace with the longest experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job.
