This position is aimed at those who want to work in social work. For real. The Assignment The Family Home Group works to recruit, investigate, and method-guide our foster homes, contact families, and contact persons. The work includes negotiating compensation and writing contracts with our contractors. We also recruit foster homes from consultant-supported companies when the child's needs require it. We work on behalf of the child's caseworker, and great importance is placed on collaboration with other units in the social office as well as with foster homes and the guardians of the children/youth. We have undergone training in "A Lasting Relationship" and want to investigate our foster homes in this way. We use the Lifecare management system and strive to work digitally. We work in teams with the child's caseworker and therefore travel to follow-up meetings all over Sweden, which is a relatively large part of the job.

This is what you need to bring with you A degree in social work is required, and it is advantageous if you have prior experience in foster home work. You have good self-awareness, can balance the task of guiding foster homes based on the assignment they have received, and can work to ensure that guardians and foster homes can collaborate around the placed child. It is also advantageous if you have worked with case management according to SoL and LVU of children's and youth cases within social services and have training in BBIC and Signs of Safety.

The role requires a brave and independent person who has the ability to see the whole picture and is secure and strong in themselves, stress-resistant, and able to act calmly, composed, and independently in acute situations. Personal qualities weigh heavily for this position. We prefer that you easily understand and empathize with others' feelings and behaviors. Humor, flexibility, and humility are qualities we highly value. We want you to have a clear child perspective in your work and to support the approach of working closely in collaboration with the child and their network.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is required as we drive a lot when visiting our children.

It is advantageous if you have completed training in "A Lasting Relationship".
