We are looking for a playful, flexible, and dedicated assistant for our wonderful boy!

We have a small team of assistants but need to expand the group with a couple of substitutes.

As an assistant, you will work where our son is. On weekdays, you will accompany him in the taxi to school in Fruängen and hang out with a group of wonderful children, assistants, and educators. On weekends, you will work in our home outside Järna or join us on family outings.

Our boy loves music, swimming at the pool, and enjoys when adults play and have fun! He has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and developmental delays, and needs help with most things. An assistant is needed to help him eat, be fed through a gastrostomy tube (PEG), use the toilet, get dressed, move around, maintain hygiene, train, stretch, and of course, to play and have fun!

As an assistant, you need to be attentive to our son, who has difficulty communicating. He needs to have secure people around him who can help him express himself, contribute to him having a fun and good life, and feel more independent.

We are looking for someone who is responsive, engaged, and physically fit, as some heavy lifting is involved. You must understand and speak good Swedish and have a driver's license. Since we live in the countryside, you also need access to your own car to get here.

You do not need to have worked as an assistant before; for us, personal chemistry and engagement are the most important!

We are primarily looking for substitutes, but this can lead to a longer employment. The working hours are mostly during the day on weekdays, but sometimes in the evenings and on weekends.
