We are now looking for experienced and service-oriented banquet waitresses/waiters/service staff for assignments with our clients. The position is a need-based employment and requires that you have another main occupation, such as studies, own business, or another job.

About the position

The position is suitable for you who thrive in restaurant and event environments, have a good professional pride, and are passionate about providing guests and parties with a professional and memorable experience. The work involves varying hours and is primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends, often in connection with larger bookings, conferences, and events.

The work takes place in professional environments where service, structure, and collaboration are central parts. In the role of banquet server, you are responsible for serving larger groups, such as dinners, conferences, weddings, and events. You work according to given schedules and are responsible for serving food and drinks, setting and clearing tables, as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient service flow. Collaboration with the kitchen, headwaiter, and other staff is a natural part of the job, as is contributing to a well-organized and pleasant environment for the guests. It is important to be on time and able to listen and take instructions, as well as being knowledgeable about special diets.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with documented experience in banquet serving or similar service work and who is used to working in a structured manner in a sometimes fast-paced environment. You are self-reliant, responsible, and have a clear service focus. With a professional and positive attitude, you create security for the guests and contribute to good teamwork.

You are flexible, punctual, and meticulous and thrive in a role where service and collaboration are central. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
