The Labor Market and Adult Education Administration is responsible for the municipality's labor market measures, daily activities, adult education, and issues related to higher education, such as vocational training and other post-secondary education. Our goal is to provide the residents of Botkyrka with good conditions to engage in studies, work, and employment. We are 330 employees working to enable more citizens to achieve self-sufficiency.

The Position and Job Responsibilities

As an operations controller in the Labor Market and Adult Education Administration, you will have a strategic and operational responsibility for goal management and analytical work.

You will plan and follow up on goals and political decisions and conduct environmental analysis. You will structure complex data sets to visualize the current situation and development opportunities in an easily understandable way. The position includes writing, coordinating, and presenting reports for the board. You will report to the Chief of Finance and Quality.

Your main job responsibilities include:

• driving and developing the goal management process as well as work with data-driven analyses and decision support systems, including planning and follow-up of goals
• mapping, developing, and implementing new perspectives and working methods for better goal follow-up
• ensuring that the municipality's activating governing documents are taken into account in goal management
• collecting and analyzing data and developing indicators and KPIs in collaboration with operations and specialists
• preparing decision-making materials
• compiling and writing interim reports and operational reports and visualizing data in an easily understandable way
• presenting cases in management groups and boards

The work is characterized by close collaboration with the various operations and functions of the administration. The role is central to ensuring a structured, cohesive, and data-driven approach within the administration.

You Who Are Applying to Us

You have an academic degree in economics, computer science, statistics, or equivalent, as well as several years of experience as an operations controller, quality developer, or equivalent, with a focus on goal management, management systems, and a growing interest in digitalization and data-driven analyses.

• A good demeanor and very good Swedish in speech and writing
