Bring Innovation to Life — Join Us as a Manufacturing Test Engineer!

Do you love solving complex technical challenges and turning ideas into reliable, high-performance solutions? As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that every printed circuit board (PCB) we produce meets the highest quality standards. You will combine your expertise in electrical engineering with your software skills to design, build, and improve the functional tests that keep our production running smoothly and efficiently.

As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, building, and maintaining functional tests for printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in high-volume production environments.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Design, develop, and maintain hardware and software solutions for functional electronic testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs)

• Provide hands-on support to production teams assembling printed circuit boards and managing the functional test equipment

• Develop and maintain processes, documentation, and calibration routines to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of tests

• Participate in the entire lifecycle of test development – from concept and equipment build to troubleshooting, validation, and deployment at the production site

Who You Are:

You are an electrical engineer (BSc or MSc) with software skills and a strong interest in testing and automation.

Your foundation is in electrical engineering, but you are also comfortable developing software to automate test procedures, control instruments, and process results.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in electronic testing – a creative problem solver who enjoys learning new technologies and developing smart, efficient solutions.

Above all, you are a collaborative team player who thrives in a hands-on engineering environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• BSc or MSc in electrical engineering (or equivalent experience)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative working style

• Ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical and innovative solutions

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (e.g., .NET or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience with Cadence Allegro or similar electronic CAD tools

• Background in design or test development of electronic circuit boards
