Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone interested in becoming part of the logistics solutions of the future! Are you a structured and solution-oriented person with experience in logistics?

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Plan and coordinate transport assignments and related documentation based on the needs of the business.
• Plan and execute deliveries to suppliers and customers according to budget and agreed plan in a reliable and cost-effective manner.
• Book, coordinate, and follow up on transports from suppliers or consolidation points. Incoming, outgoing, and return logistics; sea, air, courier, and truck transports.
• Ensure that suppliers and transport companies receive relevant transport and freight documentation for each delivery.
• Handle all types of transport and customs documents.
• Ensure that suppliers and customers receive relevant information and freight documentation.
• Manage invoices from transport companies.
• Work closely with project teams as well as contract management, sourcing, purchasing, and production control, as well as with sales.

Your Profile

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of business systems. Experience with SAP and transport management systems such as NnShift TMS is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of delivery terms.
• Good knowledge of international trade and export documentation.
• Good knowledge of customs regulations and import and export practices.
