About the assignmentWe are looking for experienced and certified welders who are interested in educating and mentoring adult students in welding and industrial manufacturing. The assignment involves combining practical teaching with supporting participants' professional development.
We are looking for someone who:is a certified welder (relevant methods, e.g., MIG/MAG, TIG, or MMA)
has several years of experience in the industry
has a good understanding of quality, safety, and industry standards
is pedagogical, communicative, and engaged
is interested in mentoring and inspiring others
Pedagogical experience is an asset but not a requirement – we value your professional competence and willingness to teach above all.
