Tyresö Adapted Primary School consists of approximately 74 students distributed across 9 classes. We are located in two schools, Stimmets School and Nyboda School. Our schools are centrally located in Tyresö with immediate proximity to public transport, swimming pools, ice rinks, and playgrounds, but also with nature right at our doorstep, which is often utilized for various activities with our students. All classes receive regular supervision based on TBA from external supervisors.

About the Position

We are now looking for teaching assistants for Nyboda School. As a teaching assistant/childcare worker at Tyresö Adapted Primary School, you will be responsible, together with the teacher, for the students' education. You will work with individual students or with groups of students. You will work in a team and collaborate with both teachers, other teaching assistants, and guardians. You will take an active responsibility in the team to plan and implement activities for the students during leisure time and breaks.

We are looking for a teaching assistant for a temporary position.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is a qualified childcare worker or teaching assistant. You have experience in adapted primary schools – both in subjects and subject areas. You have good pedagogical insight and understand the importance of meeting each student based on their individual circumstances and needs. You are flexible, take responsibility for both the students' development and the pedagogical work, and you find it easy to collaborate with colleagues and guardians.
