Intea Properties is looking for a driven Operations Technician

Intea was founded in 2015 with the aim of investing in and managing social infrastructure for long-term management. By social infrastructure, Intea refers to premises for socially important functions that are specially adapted for their purpose and where the tenant is public. The company's property portfolio is divided into categories such as justice, higher education, healthcare, and other public operations. The tenants mainly consist of government agencies, regions, and other public institutions. Since its inception, Intea has continuously expanded its operations, and the leasable area is steadily increasing.

Your mission
As an Operations Technician at Intea Skåne, you will be part of an engaged team consisting of operations technicians, operations managers, property caretakers, project managers, and property managers. With a strong local presence and high service level towards our tenants, you will be responsible for operations and installations at specific properties within Intea. You will ensure regular supervision and maintenance and perform corrective maintenance in buildings and grounds. Currently, the properties within your area of responsibility are located in Kristianstad and surrounding areas, but this may change over time. You will be based at our office in Kristianstad.

Your mission includes:



  • Daily rounds in technical areas and associated control in the operations computer
  • Ensure proper functioning of the property's technical systems through supervision and maintenance
  • Handle fault reports and perform corrective maintenance
  • Order services or goods within the responsibility of the role
  • Participate in work with local changes and tenant adaptations
  • Documentation and reporting in various digital systems
  • Be involved in planning and executing scheduled maintenance
  • Collect and register meter readings and compile and report the properties' media consumption
  • Energy efficiency work
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and report
  • Coordination and responsibility for inspections to be carried out at the required intervals
  • Planning and guiding contractors and other partners who will access the properties
  • Ensure that the property is well-maintained and in good order
  • Ensure compliance with applicable service agreements, lease agreements, and boundary lists

We are looking for someone who has



  • Qualified vocational education or post-secondary technical education, focusing on operations and installation technology
  • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of technical installations, control, and regulation
  • Good knowledge of energy efficiency, climate, and sustainability in properties
  • Good computer skills
  • Qualified experience with computer-based control, regulation, and monitoring systems.
  • Good knowledge of building technology and property maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of contract law and procurement law
  • Good knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements in the property sector
  • Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Holds a valid B driver's license
