Working in various group constellations where we collectively solve arising problems using mission tactics and under significant personal responsibility characterizes our staff and managers.

Our clients also appreciate these experiences and qualities, which is why we need to grow. Currently, we perform work primarily in three areas: installation, warehouse work, and property maintenance.

We are looking for a qualified property technician with experience in the field. If you have a military background in any way, this is an advantage.

Here, there is a good opportunity to develop and become more independent in your role as a property technician.

Main responsibilities:

• Be the contact person for residential and commercial tenants.
• Handle fault reports, carry out actions, and follow up on work.
• Administer and provide feedback on cases via digital tools.
• Plan and execute maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct inspections during move-in and move-out and document digitally.
• Order and follow up on services from contractors for ongoing maintenance.
• Perform rounds and inspections of properties.
• Identify and suggest improvements and efficiencies in our properties.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Personal suitability
• Completed military service with approved results is a requirement
• Other military experience from e.g., voluntary defense organizations is an advantage
• Driver's license B is a requirement
