Job Description
Are you our next key player? Orkla Foods Sweden in Eslöv is now looking for driven and solution-oriented Industrial Electricians to join our technical team. We are a modern food factory in an exciting phase of development where we are investing heavily in modernization, new projects, and automation. You will play an important role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable production.

As an industrial electrician, you will work closely with both the production and maintenance teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable factory. You will play a crucial role in prioritizing maintenance efforts, solving problems directly in production, and contributing to our long-term improvement efforts.
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, meticulous, and enjoys solving technical problems. You are service-oriented, a team player, and have a strong safety mindset.
On-call duty occurs every 6 weeks, with a maximum one-hour response time to our factory in Eslöv. We are primarily looking for someone interested in working permanent night shifts, but we are also seeking electricians for 2-shift or daytime work.
The position is a permanent employment with Orkla Foods Sweden AB, is full-time, and the employment begins with a probationary period.
We are also looking for maintenance technicians for either permanent night, 2-shift, or daytime work.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in electrical, automation, and control systems
- Installations, repairs, and ongoing electrical maintenance on production equipment
- Preventive and corrective maintenance according to plan
- Work with labeling systems, packaging machines, and control equipment
- Participate in improvement projects and develop methods and working practices
- Provide technical support in electrical-related issues
- Perform some automation work (no requirement to be an automation technician)
- Work towards a safe working environment and stable production
Qualifications
- Electrical education at the high school level (preferably with a focus on industry, automation, or control technology).
- Experience with electrical diagrams, PLC systems, pneumatics, and electrical mechanics.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- ECY certification is desirable
