About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and technically skilled Operations and Maintenance Technician who wants to be a key person in creating a safe, efficient, and well-functioning facility environment. You will be based in Kristianstad but will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our property in Hässleholm.

With us, you will have a varied and responsible role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and external suppliers. You contribute to ensuring that our facilities operate optimally – every day.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing technical operations and ensure that the facilities are kept in good condition. Your main tasks include:

• Operation and maintenance of properties and technical systems.
• Operation and maintenance of tank and washing facilities.
• Perform planned and preventive checks and document according to routine.
• Conduct fire safety inspections and act as a facility manager for fire alarms according to our systematic fire protection work.
• Ensure that inspection-required equipment is handled and documented according to applicable requirements.
• Prioritize, address, and report incoming issues in our digital system.
• Be the contact person for external suppliers during service, inspections, and urgent operational issues.
• Be responsible for proper waste management according to environmental requirements.
• Purchase of consumables according to standards and needs.
• Participate in operational meetings for planning and follow-up.
• Actively contribute to improving routines, working methods, and technical solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Technical competence in operations, maintenance, property management, or a related field.
• Good computer skills and experience with digital issue management and documentation.
• Practical skills and a strong interest in technology.
• Driving license B.

Meritorious:

• High school technical education in property management or experience from the property or construction industry.
• Knowledge of control and regulation technology.
• Experience/training in:
• – Facility manager for fire alarms
• – Hot Work
• – Electrical safety
• – Lift/truck

Employment Type, Scope, and Location

The employment is permanent with an initial probationary period of six months. The position is full-time with placement at Bilmånsson in Kristianstad.
