About the role

As a field mechanic with us, you will work with service, troubleshooting, and repair of machines and equipment in our workshop and on our projects across the country. The work is varied, and you will have great freedom under responsibility. You will be an important part of our team of six to seven employees and contribute to ensuring that work on our construction and contracting projects can continue safely, efficiently, and with high quality. We apply collective agreement salary compensation and are affiliated with the Construction Machinery Agreement (Byggnads).

• Working hours are Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00
• Full-time, monthly salary.
• Probationary employment for 6 months
• You will be based at our workshop in Perstorp (Häljalt)
• The position includes access to an equipped service vehicle.

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• Is reliable, responsible, and has a strong desire to deliver high quality in your work
• Shares our values: Reliability, Sustainability, and Professionalism/Quality
• Speaks good Swedish
• Has a B driver's license
• Has a strong interest in machines and construction machinery

Desirable experiences and skills:

• Previous experience as a mechanic, service technician, or field technician
• BE driver's license
• C driver's license
• Education: Technician for heavy machinery and vehicles
• Knowledge of CAT and VOLVO construction machines
