Heimstaden is now looking for an experienced and service-oriented Property Manager for our office in Lund and we hope you are the one we are looking for!

We currently own and manage about 1700 rental apartments in Lund, including Arlöv. Additionally, we have Råbylund just outside Lund, which is our new construction project.

Job Responsibilities

You start each morning at the office and then go out to the properties where you check that everything is clean and tidy in and around the properties and address maintenance requests from tenants. One of your most important tasks is thus to facilitate for the tenants by solving their problems.

Regular inspections of the properties, known as rounds, are another important part of the job, and you address any issues found and ensure that fire safety requirements are met. Other tasks include purchasing materials and reviewing invoices, as well as inspections as needed. We work with mobile work orders to manage and administer tasks. Work order management is done via an application on your mobile/tablet, and you are responsible for several properties.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property management, property technology, or equivalent relevant work experience
• We consider it a strong merit if you have previous experience as a Property Manager / Property Technician / Caretaker
• Good computer skills and ability to work with digital tools
• Good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form (additional language skills are a strong merit, as our tenants come from all corners of the world)
• Driver's license (B)
