Electrician at CBRE

The role includes, among other things:
As an electrician at CBRE, you will work with electrical service in properties and be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance. The role also involves responsibility for ensuring that electrical work and installations comply with applicable laws, standards, and regulatory requirements. If necessary, you will also contribute to other operational tasks within the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical new installations, renovations, and maintenance work
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical installations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements for electrical installations
- Contribute to quotation work for improvements and planned maintenance
- If needed, support the operation and maintenance of the property and other tasks within the operational assignment
Who are you?
You have:
- At least 5 years of documented experience in electrical service in a property environment or equivalent
- Completed electrical education and authorization/certification in accordance with applicable requirements for electricians
- Very good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards, and ESA
- Approved ESA training and documented experience of working in electrical installations
- Very good understanding of electrical installation responsibility and the ability to translate requirements into practical operational work and planning
- Understanding of control and regulation technology
- Driver's license B
- A criminal record extract is required
- It is an advantage if you have a certificate for Hot Work
- It is an advantage if you have experience working in complex electrical installations or larger property portfolios

- Willing to share your knowledge and collaborate well in a team
