Vocational Teacher in Distribution Electrician

About the Role

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the start as a vocational teacher in a training program for distribution electricians. You will be two teachers on site educating about 15 adult students.

Movant is seeking two dedicated vocational teachers in distribution electricians for a labor market training program in Lund. Here you have the chance to combine your professional knowledge with a meaningful role as a mentor and educator for young adults who want to step into the electricity network industry.

As a teacher with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while expressing your own passion for your profession.

Your main task is to deliver high-quality education that meets industry requirements and expectations. The best of both worlds - you share your knowledge and simultaneously see your participants grow and develop!

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least three years of experience as a Distribution Electrician / Electrical Installer in the electricity network from the last ten years
• Has experience teaching adults
• Has the ability to adapt teaching to each participant's needs
• Has the competence to explain theories and guide practical moments
• Has good computer skills

It is meritorious if you hold a teaching license or have experience teaching, certification in e.g., electrical work (EBR ESA E1), rescue from a pole. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
