About the role and your tasks

Your work is guided by the needs of individuals. A workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, caregiving, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and other assistance that the person you support needs. Documentation is done in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the operation and maintaining good quality.

With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. You, as a permanent care contact, are responsible for ensuring that the implementation plan is established and followed up for your clients. The staff group is divided into smaller divisions, with 2-3 permanent care contacts who, together with a runner, are responsible for the work with the division's clients. You may also visit other clients.

As a resource, you work in more than one area. Your shifts are scheduled within the four areas; home care areas Dalby, Södra Sandby, Veberöd, and Genarp. You are flexible and enjoy meeting new colleagues and working in multiple units. As resource staff, you work where the need is greatest, creating security, warmth, and care for people who truly need it.

We are now looking for nursing assistants for permanent employment or longer temporary positions.

We offer everyone to work full-time, which means 36 hours and 20 minutes per week. Everyone works every other weekend. Day shifts are from 07:00 to 15:00 and evening shifts from 14:45 to 22:45.

We are looking for someone who

• is a trained nursing assistant.
• experience in caregiving is an advantage.
• To work in home care, cycling experience is required, and in some areas, a driver's license.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing.
• You also need to have good digital skills, for example, in connection with documentation.

You are responsible, committed, flexible, and attentive - with clients, relatives, and colleagues. You understand how important it is for each individual to be involved and have influence over their daily lives.

About the workplace

The home care in Dalby is based in the community center in Dalby. You can easily reach it by bus from Lund, Malmö, and other surrounding municipalities. We are looking for someone who wants to take an active responsibility for both your own and our shared work environment. In Dalby, there is a strong community spirit that we cherish.

Lund Municipality's home care is divided into several geographical areas. In each area, nursing assistants and care assistants work in teams with healthcare personnel under the leadership of a unit manager. Each area has a unit administrator and coordinator/planner.
