We are now looking for an engaged nurse for our short-term unit. With us, you will work daytime, Monday to Friday, in an operation with a clear focus on person-centered, rehabilitative, and health-promoting care. Together, we create a safe, professional, and sustainable care environment – for both patients and staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in the short-term unit, you play a central role in the patient's care and rehabilitation. You are responsible for nursing care and make independent assessments in close collaboration with other professionals.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Person-centered nursing with a focus on rehabilitation and preventive measures
• Care and support planning in collaboration with the patient, relatives, and team
• Medication management
• Delegation and supervision of nursing staff
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers and professionals

We work to strengthen the patient's independence and promote self-care, while also offering a stimulating work environment where competence development and collegial learning are a natural part.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience in short-term care, rehabilitation, home care, or elderly care is an advantage but not a requirement.
