When Health Partille clinic is centrally located in Partille, just east of Gothenburg.

From central Gothenburg, it takes about 10 minutes by train. We have approximately 11,200 registered patients that reflect the neighborhood's demographics with a variety of cultures, socioeconomics, and ages.

We are a competent and well-knit team that has good collaboration and everyone is involved in the clinic's development. About the Job

Your tasks at the BVC are varied, where you follow children with guardians from newborn until school health care takes over. You have a central role in meeting the families' needs, making medical and nursing assessments and priorities. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treating both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.

You will work with health checks, vaccinations, and parent groups. The patient group is children aged 0-6 years with families. Collaboration occurs in interdisciplinary teams at the unit and cooperation also takes place with external care providers such as preschools, schools, family centers, and specialist healthcare. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, therefore mentoring students is also part of your role at the unit.

About You

You are a licensed nurse with specialist training as a pediatric nurse or district nurse. It is advantageous if you have experience working with children and young people and/or have mentoring training of 7.5 credits, but we also welcome you if you are newly graduated.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork and for you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits to the clinic. We would also like you to have an interest in digitization and business development.

About the Recruitment Process

The selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
