The elderly care consists of our 5 home care groups, special housing with somatic departments, dementia departments, short-term housing, and daily activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you looking for a summer job that is meaningful, where you can truly make a difference and develop at the same time? Do you also want to fill your summer with fun activities and meetings while creating memories for life? Then you have the chance with us; we are looking for you who want to work with people in various life situations. The holiday period is between weeks 25-34.

The areas we are looking for summer substitutes in are elderly care and disability care. A summer job with us means you will gain valuable work experience and the opportunity to create new contacts. Regardless of which area you want to work in, you will work closely with people who need support and help in their daily lives in various ways, and you will support them in becoming as independent as possible in their everyday life. With us, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

When you submit your application, you can choose which area you are interested in applying for:

  • Disability Care

As an employee in disability care, you will work with varied tasks, often in everyday situations at the individuals' homes, in daily activities, or in supported housing. You will provide support and service based on individual needs, which may involve personal care, assistance during meal situations, support, and common household chores such as cleaning and laundry. You will also motivate and implement social and cultural activities around and together with the individual.

Working hours are scheduled for both day, evening, night, on-call night, and weekends.

  • Elderly Care

Working in elderly care, whether in home care or in special housing, means you work closely with people and help them in their daily lives. You meet individuals directly in their homes and need to show dignity and respect for being in their residence. We work based on individual needs and provide care, support, and service. Our mission is to provide good service by activating, supporting, creating social contexts, and providing good care.

Working hours are scheduled for both day, evening, night, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a summer substitute with us, you need to be at least 18 years old.

We are looking for you who are genuinely interested in working with people! You need to be responsible and committed as the work involves qualified care that meets the individual's needs. We prefer that you have education in care and support, child and leisure, or as a treatment pedagogue.

As a person, you are secure and reliable, and you have a good attitude and find it easy to collaborate with others.

Even if you are currently studying, have experience in care and support, or are interested in working with people, you are welcome to apply.

To find the right people, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability and value those who are self-driven, helpful, and enjoy working with people.

A driver's license is an advantage and in some units, it is also a requirement.

OTHER

Interviews will be conducted continuously, and positions may be filled before the application period ends.
