Your Role

As a substitute, you will work at Solrosens Trygghetsboende and in the areas of Valla and T1 – an easily accessible area where you can smoothly get around with our service bikes. Working as a substitute means stepping in when regular staff are absent, which can be anything from a few hours to longer periods. Before you work independently, you will shadow experienced staff and participate in training in medication delegation, so you feel secure in the responsibilities included in the role.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Services at the Solrosen and Översten trygghetsboenden
• Services in regular housing that you can easily cycle to
• Personal care and support with daily tasks
• Documentation in Treserva
• Encouraging activities at the trygghetsboenden (breakfast club, seated gymnastics, and social game sessions)

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old
• You can cycle
• You have passing grades in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1, at the high school level. Mastery of the Swedish language in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension is required. Other language skills may be an advantage.
• It is advantageous if you have training or previous work experience in care and nursing

Bräcke Home Care Valla/T1

At Valla/T1, nursing assistants, nurses, and the operations manager work in a cohesive and positive workgroup. Here we have fun at work and care for a pleasant atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Together we carry out our services at the trygghetsboenden Solrosen and Översten as well as in the easily bikeable area around Valla/T1.

The operation is part of Bräcke diakoni, which has overall responsibility for home care, home health care, and home rehabilitation in Linköping City South. This means we work closely together to meet people's needs in a holistic way – for a safer everyday life at home.
