The primary care clinic operates 24/7 and includes LAH and a primary care ward. The primary care clinic also includes a children's reception, memory, stroke, and heart reception. Job Description

The work at LAH involves meetings with severely ill people and their relatives in a home environment. Our patients have tumor diseases and other chronic conditions and need palliative care and medical interventions at home. The care is based on the cornerstones of palliative care such as symptom relief, teamwork, support for relatives, as well as communication and relationships. We work from a person-centered perspective and place great importance on teamwork where the competence of all professions is utilized and where our combined competence and experience are the core of the care's design. We have a close collaboration with the primary care ward where our patients are cared for if home care is no longer appropriate. There is also a close collaboration with municipal home care.

About You

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with a couple of years of experience. In your position, you need a driver's license for a car. Since you will be communicating with patients, relatives, and colleagues, it is important that you have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who, with joy and commitment, wants to develop within their profession and be part of the development of our organization. As a person, you are flexible, structured, have good collaboration skills, and possess strong social skills. You are curious, have personal maturity, and an empathetic ability. You have an approach where the patient is in focus. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability and that you are the right person for our organization.
