Our Offer
At Vårdcentrum Finspång, we have gathered resources for safe, close, and good health and medical care in collaboration with the municipality of Finspång. Vårdcentrum Finspång belongs to the Primary Care Center (PVC) and includes a health center with BVC, district nurse reception, laboratory, own emergency reception, and a rehabilitation organization. The nursing clinic operates 24/7 and includes a nursing department and LAH. Our goal is to be an attractive workplace by promoting a work environment that provides a balance between work and leisure. The entire operation consists of just over 230 employees in various positions. A characteristic of Vårdcentrum Finspång's operations is good collaboration between units and different professional groups. The close cooperation with the municipality of Finspång primarily concerns home care for our shared residents.
Working within the night organization at the nursing clinic means taking responsibility for the inpatients in the nursing department, patients in hospital-connected home care, and municipal home care in a team with nurses and nursing assistants. The nursing department consists of 14 care places where investigation, aftercare, and rehabilitation are conducted for medical, surgical, and orthopedic patients.
Within LAH and municipal home care, planned and unplanned visits are conducted to make assessments and provide basic and specific palliative care. Telephone counseling for healthcare personnel within home care is also part of our tasks. We also go on assignments from 1177. We have a close collaboration with nurses within special accommodations. We work from a person-centered perspective and place great importance on teamwork where the competence of all professions is utilized and where our combined competence and experience are the core of the care's design.

About You
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with a couple of years of experience. In your position, you need a driver's license for a car. We care about ensuring that employees feel safe with us, and therefore we offer you an individual introduction. You have continuous follow-up conversations with your manager and an individual development plan. Since you will be communicating with patients, relatives, and colleagues, it is important that you have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
We are looking for someone who, with joy and commitment, wants to develop within their profession and be part of the development of our organization. As a person, you are flexible, structured, have good collaboration skills, and good social skills. You are curious, have personal maturity, and an empathetic ability. You have an approach where the patient is in focus. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and that you are the right person for our organization.
