Job Description

As a nurse in municipal health and medical care, you will work with regular nursing tasks. You assess, plan, and evaluate the patient's care and act as a supervisor for the nursing staff.

In home care and in our LSS operations, you will work with individually planned home visits and perform nursing tasks. You also coordinate care and are a vital link between other care providers. Since the work involves providing care in patients' homes, there are high demands on you to be independent and secure in your role as a nurse.

Our special accommodations are located in Östra Ryd (Aspgården) and in central Söderköping (the dementia accommodation Birkagården).

Qualifications

You should be a qualified district nurse or nurse. Experience in home care or special accommodation is an advantage.

We place great importance on personal suitability as it is equally important for us, as it is for you, that you will enjoy working here with us. Therefore, it is an advantage if you are an open, cheerful person who enjoys working in a stimulating environment where the patient is always the focus.

You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

The work requires good computer skills and experience with the Lifecare journal system is an advantage.

A driving license (B) is a requirement.
