Time for a change? We have a perfectly sized and super friendly clinic looking for you, a licensed veterinarian with an interest in surgery!

As our current surgeon is pregnant and will go on maternity leave this summer, we are now looking for a reliable and stable veterinarian to complement our wonderful team both in surgery and at the outpatient clinic.

About the clinic:

Just a stone's throw from Lake Vättern and Varamobadet, you will find the privately owned Motala Animal Clinic. We offer quality veterinary care for dogs, cats, and small animals. We also perform horse vaccinations.

The clinic is equipped with X-ray, lab, an operating room with gas anesthesia, dental department, a large outpatient department, a store with food, and more.

The staff currently consists of 3 veterinarians, 3 veterinary nurses, 4 animal caretakers, and 1 clinic manager. We are a wonderful group with a high ceiling who can share both joy and sorrow with each other.

Our opening hours are weekdays 8-17 and 2 days a week 8-19. We do not have emergency services and are closed in the evenings, nights, and weekends.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in small animal care who is comfortable performing the most common surgical procedures where the patient can go home the same day. When you are not in surgery, you enjoy welcoming our patients and clients at the outpatient clinic where you can follow them from A to Z.

Since we are a close-knit team that truly enjoys working together, we value your personality higher than how many years of experience you have – we can strengthen your skills together as long as you possess the drive and willingness! The most important thing for us is that you are cheerful, curious, and not afraid of a challenge.
