Job Responsibilities: Advanced healthcare, participation in the delegation process for nursing staff, general and specific nursing care, medical assessments, and treatment responsibility to ensure the individual receives care and treatment prescribed by a physician. Creating, reviewing, and following care plans. Mentoring and advising nursing staff within the team according to the Client's established routines. Reporting, processing, and follow-up of deviations. Documentation in various operational systems. Participation in improvement work and operational changes. Archiving and staffing the telephone nurse-to-nurse service (VTv), including assessments, executing prescriptions, wound care, sample collection, and support/mentoring for nursing staff, etc.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license (Sjuksköterskelegitimation)
• Swedish language skills at C1 level
• Class B driver's license
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience as a nurse
• Have worked as a nurse during the last two (2) years with competence and experience in handling advanced medical-technical products, including infusion pumps, catheters, PEG (changing, cuffing, care), sample collection, KAD (insertion, flushing), infusions, injections, mixing drips, Port-a-cath (needle insertion, sampling), PICC line (dressing changes, sampling), blood transfusions, and CVK (dressing changes, sampling).
• Have served as a consultant nurse to the public sector or have worked within the public sector
• Swedish personal identity number (Personnummer) to issue a regular SITHS card
