Job Description
As a nurse assistant/care assistant, you are an important part of the care team and contribute to making daily life work as well as possible for patients who need help, support, and care. Tasks vary depending on the workplace and operation, and to enable us to match you with the right position, you can state your preferences regarding specialization in your application.
About You
To work as a nurse assistant/care assistant, you must be a qualified nurse assistant. To ensure we can offer our patients good and safe care, it is important that our employees can communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Our expectations of you are that you do your best based on your knowledge and ability and always keep the focus on what we exist for – our patients. You treat patients and relatives with empathy and respect and enjoy working in a team where you contribute to good collaboration. You take responsibility in your work, follow routines, and continue to develop as you settle into the role.
