Currently, five operations are included in the area, and we are present throughout the county with operations at all three hospitals in Västerbotten. The Service Center is a unit within the Region Västerbotten Digitalization and Service organization that offers and delivers value-creating services to the region's employees, patients, and citizens. Through high availability, efficient processes, and world-class service, we create conditions for a good experience of us as both a healthcare provider and employer.

Staffing Service is part of Region Västerbotten's service operations, whose main task is to offer and develop value-creating services with a focus on continuous improvements for increased customer benefit. The operation is an important enabler for Västerbotten's journey through the care process. We provide competent assistant nurses to care departments, clinics, and health centers, primarily focusing on covering short-term absences. Staffing Service currently has about 30 employed assistant nurses and one staffing assistant. Staffing Service is growing and is now looking for more assistant nurses to strengthen our team!

We are now looking for two new colleagues with night shifts on a rotating schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an assistant nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and engagement that makes people feel safe.

In your role, you are responsible for patient care, and you participate in everything from ADL to wound dressings, sample collections, circulation checks, care of drains, tracheostomy, and catheters. Together with your colleagues on the ward, you will identify risks, assess, monitor, address, and evaluate patients' various care needs.

You have close collaboration with nurses and doctors, where you are an important part of the team around the patient and their relatives. As an assistant nurse with us, you will have great opportunities to contribute to safe patient care, your own professional development, and learning in everyday life. You will work in several different departments, both in somatic and psychiatric care.

Within Staffing Service, we have a clear customer focus, and you will therefore work in many different departments. Since our customers' needs drive demand, you will regularly be trained in more departments to broaden your skills. You will also contribute your knowledge to the departments where you are booked. A desire to develop and regularly deepen your knowledge is something we at Staffing Service value.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with experience and competence in acute care. You have completed an acute care course, are confident in your professional role, and have a desire to continue developing. A few years of experience as an assistant nurse is seen as an advantage, preferably from hospital care. To provide the care and service that our patients expect, good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

For you to thrive with us, it is important that you can handle variations in work. We believe that you as a person are attentive and empathetic towards customers, patients, and your colleagues. Good collaboration skills are important; we also believe that you find it exciting to regularly meet new people and make new contacts.

The working hours are scheduled for nights according to a rotating schedule.
