Molnet Personal Assistance is a service provider for individuals eligible for personal assistance under LSS – the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons. We offer flexible solutions with high quality, good accessibility, and great commitment – both for our clients and our employees.

We are now looking for extra staff who can work as needed for a wheelchair-bound man with a positive outlook on life, residing in central Ludvika.

You should be a person who is attentive, positive, empathetic, secure, and calm, and has a strong commitment to the profession of personal assistant. Being flexible and available is seen as very positive. It is important that you understand the significance of being professional in your role. You should also be responsible, able to work independently, and solve tasks on your own in consultation with the client.

Job tasks: You will be the client's extended arm in daily life, which means helping with cooking and leisure activities. He needs assistance with various household chores and personal care, dressing and undressing, training/stretching, and transfers.

No smoking during working hours is a requirement.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability in recruitment. Previous experience is not a requirement. More information will be provided during a possible interview. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
